Very worst experience. I called ahead and made an appointment for hour and a half.When I got there, she seemed very annoyed that I was a female and then told me she couldn't see me.But for a half an hour, in case they get other customers, I refuse service.And then she wanted to tell me, she could do the hour after I told her I was gonna be leaving a negative review. Definitely definitely would not recommend
I called ahead and booked a one-hour massage. After I arrived, the staff member became visibly annoyed and told me they could only provide half the appointment, despite there being no other customers and despite my never receiving the message they claimed had been sent. This isn't the first time I've felt unwelcome as a female customer, so I won't be returning
This spa is great, with a terrific price for the service! Jessica provided a fantastic massage, with arms and legs included, and focused on trouble areas such as my upper back where I often carry tightness. They are friendly and professional, and even use hot stones. Highly recommended!
I returned to this spa to give them another chance as requested. This time the experience was fantastic! Very thorough, including scalp massage, hands, and feet. Plus they used hot stones. And there was no question as to the time agreed upon, etc. Thanks for making my return experience so much better. Definitely worth a look for a great massage. I’ve tried this place a few times because it’s closest to home. Also sometimes there can be a variance between therapists in such a place. However this spa is ultimately unsatisfactory. Most recently, the massage was poor technique. The masseuse neglected to even use oil. Interrupted at least five times by phone and door. I paid for 60 minutes but after 30, I was told they needed to leave because the other therapist went home to feed her baby, and “Come back next week - I give you more time.” Unfortunately this was just the worst of my experience here, because it seems to be policy to be shorted on the time you pay for. This has happened at least with three different therapists so I guess this is spa policy. There are plenty of other places within driving distance that provide massage service they agree upon and promise - I recommend leaving this one behind.
If you are looking for a massage, this is not the place. I wanted an hour's massage and was asked to pay cash upfront. Then she asked for a tip. I gave $20.00, about 28% of the price of the massage ($70.00 per hour). She refused the tip, asking for 100% as a tip. I walked out. This is not a legit massage place.
